Rebo – The acting governor of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu thanked the minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno for visiting Tari Rebo tourism village on Friday (12/5/23)
“We’re all welcoming you, Mr. Sandi. All members of provincial and regency Leaders Communication Forum (Forkompimda),” said the acting governor.
The minister said that the nature of Babel was amazing. “It’s a world-class natural beauty.”
He recognized the culinary, craft, and dance potential of the village.
The minister who is usually called Mas Menteri added that Babel needed qualified human resources to maximize its potential.
“We’ll assign a special team to train and support it,” he said.
Suganda expected that the minister could support the province to be a tourism-awareness province. He said that Babel would support the minister’s program.
Besides visiting the village, the minister also signed the commemorative plaque of the village which was chosen as the best 75 in the Tourism Village Award (ADWI). (Maalika/SAS/ZE)
