Tanjungpandan – The acting head of Bangka Belitung Regional Crafts Councils (Dekranasda) Safriati visited three MSMEs production houses in Tanjungpandan, Belitung on Tuesday (19/12/2023).
Also accompanying the acting Head of Bangka Belitung Dekranasda (Regional Crafts Councils) Safriati in the visit were the Secretary of Bangka Belitung Family Welfare Movement (PKK), the head of Bangka Family Welfare Movement, and the head of MSMEs Empowerment Division. Safriati and the entourage visited the Eco Straw production house (purun-based straw), Wijaya Crab production house, and Sepiak (pioneer of Belitung printed fabrics).
On that occasion, Safriati expressed her appreciation to MSMEs players for what they had done. Their products were not only known in national markets but also in international markets. She directly inspected the process in making the products and shared some tips with these MSMEs players as well.
SAfriati also hoped regional government could support and assist these MSMEs actors to develop their products. She continued that these MSMEs also had an impact on the local community.
“All the best for your products. You’ve done an amazing job, and it’s even more amazing if you can empower the community around you. It is important to keep the product and the process clean,” said Safriati. (TW/ZE)
