Pangkalpinang – Provincial Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports office of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung held a briefing to start the first working day led by the head of Tourist Destination and Marketing Firmansyah on Tuesday (10/1/2023).
Firmansyah said that all divisions needed to work together to achieve better performance.
“We need to work more effectively in 2023. All problems must be solved together. If we want to be better, we must be ready to be criticized,” he said.
He also reminded the contract workers to work harder and must be able to change in order to give their best to the office.
“I hope all head divisions to supervise the contract workers. Take action if there is a problem,” he added.
