Disparbudkepora Bilun Team Wins the Provincial Office Tournament

Pangkalpinang – Bangka Belitung Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office (Disparbudkepora) won 1^st place for Bilun game in the Provincial Office tournament. Bilun game was followed by 16 teams. This game was part of a series of events to celebrate 78^th Indonesia Independence day.

Disparbudkepora bilun team won it after defeating Biro Umum team 38-12. Before that, Disparbudkepora bilun team defeated BKPSDM team 36-26 in the semi-final. The game was held at Sahabudin Sport Centre, on Friday (11/08/2023).

Disparbudkepora Bilun team’s coach, Sergi said that there was no strategy at all for the final. The players just focused on the game and they were very solid.

“Alhamdulillah, they made it and finished as winner. They played like they had nothing to lose. They were motivated to give all their best,” said Sergi.

Sergi extended his appreciation to the team who did their best and were very solid.

“I appreciate their efforts to give all their best. I also want to thank the head of office, Secretary, head of the sports division, and all Disparbudkepora’s staffs for the support,” he said. (KTE/ZE)
