Pangkalpinang - The Chairman of the Steering Committee, Yan Megawandi, the Chairman, M. Haris, and the Vice Chairwoman of Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV) VII, Wydia Kemala Sari, continued the agenda of audience meetings with several regional heads hosting the event.
After previously meeting with the Regent of Bangka Tengah and the Mayor of Pangkalpinang, on Wednesday (May 13, 2026), the committee delegation held an audience with the Regent of Bangka at his official residence.
The meeting discussed support for several sports venues, including football, gymnastics, pencak silat, and swimming, that will be held in the Regency.
It is part of the effort to strengthen synergy between the organizing committee and the local government in ensuring the success of the event.
The Regent undoubtedly supports the event in his region. This support is expected to help ensure preparations and the competitions later on.
