Pangkalpinang – 14 representatives from all Bangka Belitung regencies and city participated in selection process for Exchange Program 2022. The event took place in Renz Hotel for four days.
Youth Exchange is a program to enhance youth’s knowledge and insight, and to improve their readiness for the next global challenges.
“Since we are facing a rapidly changing world, we must prepare ourselves,” said Harry Wahyudi, Acting Head of Youth Division on Friday (March 25, 2022).
He further said that young generation with global mindset is needed to keep up with the times. “In the future, job will run digitally. So, technology literacy is a must.” Another positive impact of having global mindset is building an international network.
Harry hoped the participants would be role model in their circle. Whether they passed or not passed the selection, they will keep making a contribution.
“All of you can learn many things from this program, which can be used to develop yourselves and to contribute in your respective areas,” he concluded. (KTE/ZE/SAS)
