PANGKALPINANG – Provincial Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports office (Disparbudkepora) of Bangka Belitung (Babel) held a regional offices forum for synchronizing all-Babel Disparbudkepora offices planning for 2022.

The forum was officially opened by Head of the office, Suharto, accompanied by office secretary Masuri, and Head of Bangka Tengah Regional Planning agency Joko Triadhi in Fox hotel, Pangkalpinang, on Monday morning (21/03/2022).

Suharto said in his remarks that Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD) of Babel was a reference and guidance for a better regional development. It was based on Home Affairs Ministry’s instruction number 70/2021 on making regional development plan for region with leading period will end in 2022 and Home Affairs Ministry’s Regulation number 86/2017.

“The province has decided a development theme: economic, human resource and administrative strengthening by utilizing smart human resource with environmental viewpoint. Therefore, prioritizing regional development through strengthening regional economy; increasing human resource quality, public participation and government administration; decreasing government inter-spatial and community disparity; and increasing environment quality and natural resource management,” he explained.

He said further that it was a joint work to synchronize provincial and regencies/ city policy. It included development targets and priority either among all Babel Disparbudkepora or inter-offices.

“Today’s agenda is to synchronize working plan. The discussion will be divided into four sections, namely tourism, culture, youth, and sports.” he said.

He hoped that Regional Working Plan 2023 can be a model for all offices in regencies and municipality.

“The result of this forum will describe our achievement in 2023.” he continued.

Head of organizing committee of the forum, Desi Detriana, said that it aimed to synchronize program and sub-program of all-Babel Disparbudkepora. It was also to reach agreement on working target and other technical agreements.

“It’s expected to create regional government collaboration and innovation in achieving the agreed target,” said Desi- planner in provincial office.
