Pangkalpinang – The acting governor of Bangka Belitung (Babel) province Safrizal ZA and Regional Secretary Naziarto did morning exercise with community at Taman Merdeka Square on Monday (25/11/2023). It was held in conjunction with Babel Run 2023 to enliven 23rd Bangka Belitung anniversary day commemoration.
The acting governor and regional secretary, along with Babel Run 2023 participants and all communities did the morning exercise together. They were very enthusiastic, even though in the drizzling rain.
“Congratulations to the winners (Babel Run 2023). I hope more and more people join Babel Run next year. Fighting! said Safrizal in his opening remarks.
After the remarks, the regional secretary called on door prize winners. The prize was sponsored by Bank SumselBabel, PT. Timah Tbk, Bank BRI, PT. PLN, and many more.
“I will call out the number. The one having the same number, please come forward,” said Naziarto.
Adit who won bicycle on door prize said he was very grateful. He did not expect to win the prize.
“I am so happy. I just planned to run and joined morning exercise. Surprisingly, I get the door prize. It is worth get wet,” he said.
The 23rd Bangka Belitung anniversary day commemoration program will continue with music festival featuring Via Vallen on Saturday Night at Taman Merdeka Square. (KR/ZE)
